At Hayven Wellness, you’re free to cancel or discontinue your care at any time. Since we charge per service, there are no memberships or subscriptions to worry about. You can cancel any upcoming appointments directly through the patient portal, or by reaching out to our support team at info@hayvenwellness.com.
For cancellations, any appointment canceled 24 hours or more before your scheduled time will be fully refunded. However, for same-day visits or cancellations made within 24 hours, the full service charge will apply.
Payment and Insurance

At Hayven Wellness, we do not accept or bill insurance. We’re committed to providing a streamlined, personalized experience for our patients. By offering cash-pay options, we can remove the delays and restrictions that often come with insurance, like prior authorizations and limited coverage.
This approach allows us to offer a broader range of services, including wellness and preventative treatments that insurance typically doesn’t cover. It also provides transparent pricing, with no surprise bills, and quicker access to appointments and treatments—giving you more flexibility and control over your care.

Hayven Wellness currently accepts payment via any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, DIscover, or American Express logo.

At Hayven Wellness, we don’t bill insurance, so it’s important to know whether your HSA or FSA can cover compounded weight loss medications. Typically, funds can be used for weight loss medications if they’re prescribed for an FDA-approved medical condition, such as obesity (BMI of 30+), being overweight (BMI of 27+ with a related condition), diabetes, or heart disease.
Please make sure to check your plan details or contact your HSA provider to confirm if your prescription or related expenses are eligible for reimbursement before your appointment.

All payments at Hayven Wellness are final. Since each treatment plan and compounded prescription is tailored specifically for you, prescription medications are non-refundable. If you have any concerns or feel your treatment needs adjustment, please reach out to our office—we’re happy to discuss how we can modify your plan to better suit your needs.
